Thank you for a really nice stay at Premium Activehotel Bergkonig. the hotel is immaculately clean and offers a wonderful atmosphere, featuring magnificent views over the mountains beyond the village. the superior double room is modern and spotless, with great amenities like a mini bar fridge, a personal safe, and central heating. the location is perfect, conveniently close to a bus stop and about a 10-15 minute walk from downtown.

Absolutely perfect great location, to the center of Innsbruck. And just off the cable car station as well as Activehotel Bergkonig.

Everything here is wonderful! We had a lovely stay during our visit. the staff were really attentive and went out of their way to help us, even managing our parking on-site. 😊.

Very pleasant ambience. Excellent choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Very generous afternoon snacks including savouries, cakes, ice creams and choice of drinks, all in unlimited amounts. Short walk to skibus. Good sized and well equipped bedroom with balcony and good view.

My standard double room included a multi-channel TV, dining and sitting areas, and had a fantastic location close to the town center and ski lift.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel! It had a lovely traditional Austrian charm with wooden accents and cozy seating areas. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. It had ramps and elevators, making it easy for me to move around without any difficulty.

I would have liked the children working there to be a little more attentive.

Some noise from local traditions can be an early morning wake-up call.

New Year's party was a disaster. Poor organization, terrible DJ and no atmosphere whatsoever.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with amazing food, friendly staff, and a superb spa area. The location was perfect for skiing and exploring the area, with easy access to amenities such as bars, shops, and supermarkets. The rooms were modern and well-appointed, and the cleaning staff was efficient. The restaurant served exceptional food, and the breakfast spread was extensive. The spa had exquisite pools with stunning mountain views.

It was all superb.
